POSITION AVAILABLE - SPANISH TRANSLATOR

The First Presbyterian Church Wausau Free Clinic has an immediate opening for a part-time Spanish to English translator for our primary care medical clinic. The translator will need to be available when the clinic is open and seeing patients (currently Thursday afternoons from 1:30 – 5:30 PM). Other half-days may be added as demand increases. We anticipate needing a translator 4-8 hours per week. Wage is $20.00 per hour. A warm and caring personality is necessary. Familiarity with medical terminology or certification as a medical translator is highly desirable but not necessary. Training will be provided.
